Cancellations

 

Orders are canceled on a best effort basis.  Once your order is in the custody of
the shipping provider it cannot be canceled and is subject to our Return
Policy.  If you have the need to cancel an order that has been placed over
the phone or on our website you can do so by e-mail or telephone
instruction.  You will need to provide:

  • -Name
  • -Telephone number or e-mail address
  • -Mailing address
  • -Order Date
  • -Order Amount
  • -Last 4 numbers of the credit card used for the purchase

 

Return Policy

 

  • -Pre-approval is required for all returns by mail – please call for authorization.
  • -The seller is responsible for return shipping of the order.
  • -Returned products and packaging must be unused, like-new, and in re-sellable condition.
  • -Product can be returned for original product purchase price with receipt [shipping is nonrefundable].
  • -Product must be returned within 15 calendar days for full refund.
  • -Product returned after 15 calendar days is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • -No returns after 30 calendar days.
  • -No returns or exchanges on pattern books of any kind, kits with easy access to the pattern, or custom cut fabrics.
